Multi Centre Thai Holiday

  20 night Multi Centre Holiday to Thailand including Bangkok – Chiang Mai – Ko Samui and Phuket including private transfers and flights throughout It was great Simon. Had a good time. The Rembrandt in Bangkok was just what we asked for – a good 4 star property quite central and close to the skytrain. It offered great value. The Anantara in Chiang Mai was absolutely super – one of the best hotels we have been at – great restaurant and grounds – probably the best in Chang Mai. I realise the rate we got there was very good! The Amari at Ko Samui was probably the least appealing of all the properties we visited – Chaweng Beach were very much the clubbing area of the island – however  I do realise it is difficult getting a balance between being cut off from civilisation and then being too near the biz as well as keeping to a budget. The Amari in Phuket was first class and the Double Superior Sea View room was great. The 2 pools sea facing very relaxing as was the small private beach. The bar looking over the sea was fantastic as was the Italian restaurant in the hotel. Pierre the General Manager was very attentive mixing freely with guests and sometimes helping to clear tables! Eva Air economy incidentally were very good as well – comfortable seats that properly reclined – 2 hot meals and ‘help yourself’ snacks and drinks always available if required.
