Casa Isobel is a traditional, four bedroomed villa close to the cosmopolitan town of Ibiza, situated on a quiet residential street in San Rafael off the road leading in to Ibiza Town.



The villa is made up of two parts; the main part is all on one level and houses the kitchen, dining room, lounge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.


The kitchen, dining room is large in size and traditional in style with pine dining table and chairs, units and doors. There is also a breakfast bar, extra seating, television and double doors leading out onto the terrace and pool area.



The lounge leads from the main entrance and includes an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, television, dvd and cd player.



All the bedrooms in the main house have a step down in to the room and share the two bathrooms; a full bathroom and a shower bathroom. The bedrooms include a master double with four-poster bed and two twin rooms - all of which are air conditioned.



The second part of the house is similar to a large covered terrace as it overlooks the pool. All the doors can be opened up to make it an ideal place for dining as it has a large dining table, brick barbecue (with chimney), sink and work surfaces. At either end of this room you also have a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.

Outdoor, you can find plenty of shade with large covered terraces and a parasol. There is also ample seating here with chairs and sunloungers. The pool is gated all the way round making it ideal for keeping young children out. The pool is of a good size with roman steps and there is also a poolside shower here.



Casa Isobel is an ideal villa for couples, groups of friends and families alike who do not want to be too far away from everything this area has to offer.



San Rafael is a hilltop village almost in the centre between Ibiza Town and San Antonio. A small collection of shops, cafes and restaurants can be found on the high road. Several ceramic workshops have awarded the village the title of "zona de interes artesanal " or artisan zone. 


Perhaps the nicest part of the village is centred around the church which dates back to circa 1786. It is typically Ibizan with whitewashed walls approximately one metre thick, which can be seen from miles around. 



The view from the churchyard to Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town and the sea is simply stunning. Perhaps the modern claim to fame for this area are the huge infamous clubs of "Privilege" and "Amnesia" which are on the main road between Ibiza and San Antonio below the village. 



Ibiza Town really is themost fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous.
