The hotel has a multi-levelled outdoor swimming pool with hydro-massage. The adults-only sunken Royal Pool is open exclusively for guests staying in the Royal Studios and Royal Garden Villas. The indoor pool is heated during the winter period.

Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the range of activities on offer including tennis, aerobics, Pilates, aerobics, and a fully equipped Fitness Centre with personal trainer. The Elysium has also formed a collaboration with the Cyprus Scuba Diving Centre so guests can have the opportunity to experience scuba diving and see the fascinating monuments, volcanic formations and caves in the Mediterranean Sea.
