Forget tents and muddy boots. These cultural festivals around the world are bucket-list worthy!   Holi Festival of Colour in India This festival takes place in March, with bonfires, concerts and street parties throughout various parts of India. Multi coloured dyed powder and water are thrown around everywhere.
