From the Ocean Deluxe rooms (130 have a balcony) all designed in contemporay colours with air-conditioning, bath, shower and panoramic seaviews to the 99 Club Executive and Premium Lesiure rooms which offer guests access to exclusive beach and lounge areas where they can enjoy special 'Club' benefits. There are 48 Suites all with large terraces, a sitting area and a specified number of bedrooms. All Suites enjoy the additional facilities of the lounge areas as described for Club Executive and Premium Leisure rooms.

The Beit Al Bahar has 19 Villas. The Villa accommodation offers guests seclusion and privacy often only found in boutique properties. There is a personal concierge to meet you on arrival and security guards to ensure that privacy is maintained. A private butler is assigned to all villas.
