La residencia is unique in terms of culture, architecture and location. The hotel is situated in acres of citrus groves, landscaped gardens and terraces.
The hotel was converted from a 16th century manor house and enjoys a superb location in the heart of Deya - a village well known for it's concerts and cultural events - Deya really is one of the jewels in Mallorca's crown.
There is a rocky cover just 2.5km away from the hotel that is perfect for sunbathing and light lunches - the hotel operates a shuttle bus to take you there.
There are 38 guestrooms and suites at The Residencia. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and enjoy heating, satellite TV, mini bar and safe. A number of the rooms are interconnecting.
The rooms are split between the main building and the garden wings.
The junior suites have a sitting room and a terrace and the luxury suites either have a pool or a plunge pool - perfect for those long sunny days. There are 8 Tramuntana suites all with stunning views over the valley of Deya and down towards the sea.
The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool and a spa area with heated indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and massage. There is a fitness centre, tennis courts and for those who really want to experience the great outdoors why not try a mountain bike?
Other facilities include a beauty saloon.

The transfer from Palma airport to La Residencia takes approximately 45 minutes.
