The hotels 74 rooms and villas are all single storey, cottage style. Each room/villa has air conditioning, TV, DVD player and marble bathrooms set in private walled gardens.

The Luxury Lanai rooms comes in two catgories - with either a Garden view or with an Ocean view. This category of room offers a private balcony, king-size beds or twin beds, bathroom in private walled garden with sunken marble bath and double vanity counter, most have separate shower and walk-in closet.

Luxury Villas come with a choice of Garden or Ocean view. The villas have private landscaped garden courtyard with rock pond, raised pavilion for al fresco dining, private terrace overlooking the beach or garden, king-size 4-poster, luxurious bathroom with private garden. Luxury Villas with pool come with a choice of either Garden or Ocean view. There are only 9 units of these villas which have private pools 10x6 in size.

The Royal Villa Hibiscus with pool has two bathrooms, kitchenette and a separate living room.

The hotel has a cafe, restarant and a bar. The Frangipani cafe is a great location for breakfast, fresh seafood and light meals. The Kura Kura serves Indonesian, Asian and a fine selection of Continental cuisine all from an authentic high thatched roof location. The Ampitheatre themed buffet dinner and Balinese dance performances take place 2/3 times per week.

The transfer from Denpasar airport to Seminyak Beach takes approximately 25 minutes.
